Sanghoon Park is a patent attorney and has represented small and large clients across a broad range of technical fields in both the creation and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He also drafts and assists clients to negotiate a variety of agreements, including for the protection and licensing of proprietary business agreements. He advises clients on patentability and infringement concerns and assists clients in managing their patent portfolios to make efficient allocation of resources. Sanghoon also advises clients on trademark selection and trademark disputes and prosecutes trademark applications, trials and litigations.

Prior to entering the IP field, Sanghoon was an engineer at Korea Kumho Petrochemical Co., Ltd. where he was involved in ABS resin development.

He received his M.S. in chemical engineering (1993) from POSTECH. He was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2002. He is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
